Due to the nature of the services offered on Gramoji, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances. This includes payments for:

  • Pro Membership Subscriptions

  • Wallet Recharge for Premium Features

  • Any other purchases or services provided within the Gramoji platform

Once a payment is processed and confirmed, it is final and non-refundable.

Why No Refunds Are Provided

Gramoji provides services on a subscription and pay-per-use basis. The value of the service is provided immediately upon payment. After the payment is completed, access to premium features, Pro Membership, or any other services becomes immediately available, which is why we cannot offer refunds due to the digital nature of the services.

Additionally, Gramoji offers a range of content, features, and customization options to our users, and once accessed, it is not feasible for us to retract or reverse the services provided.

Account Cancellation

If you wish to stop using Gramoji or no longer wish to be a part of our platform, you may cancel your Pro Membership, stop using wallet recharge, or discontinue access to certain features at any time. However, any fees paid will not be refunded, and you will continue to have access to services until the end of your current billing period.
